I finally broke down and watched the first episode of BSG last night. It sucked.

Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on? Why do the Cylons appear every 33 minutes? What's with the doctor and the hot blonde Cylon? Does this stuff get revealed at some point? Is 33 the first episode or did I miss something somewhere?
I fell asleep during the second episode so I'll have to watch that one and the rest of the first season this weekend. Oh, I have the entire series now so expect random commentary from me going forward. If I end up hating this show then I'm blaming you guys.
Is this really the blog entry into which you want to bring name calling, Leverus?
Remember that he who lives in a glass house should take detailed mental notes of it for projection after the Cylon Holocaust. Just as he who hasn't watched BSG should refrain from slagging on his more enlightened colleagues.
ps- Leverus sounds like Dr. Chevalier's 'something magical' out of Gentlemen Broncos. See, two can resort to name calling!
