Blackest Friday Deals on Comics

Looking to catch up on some sequential arts? Well, friend, have I got something for you. The fine folks at Things From Another World (Portland, OR FTW!!!) and Midtown Comics (NYC FTW!!) have a gaggle of deals on all manner of comic book culture going on. There are tons of other shops with deals online, but these two particular shops are ones that I frequent when I'm ‘home' or at home. If you're into zombies (and not because it's the cool thing to do right now) then I'd suggest "The Walking Dead." It's what I'm catching up on this weekend.

  1. I manage a comic book store myself, up here in Canada, and I'd like to add a short list of great titles you might want to try while the sales are good.

Superman Red Son, All-Star Superman Alan Moore's Swamp Thing, Fables, Preacher, The Filth.

And check the new trade paperback shelves for Incognito, a silver-age reminiscent comic about a man who tries to quit super-villainy, can he go back to being a normal person with a mundane life?
