Hi,
I'd like to add "FaceMix" a very entertaining + educative app. It tests how well you can remember faces. The fun part is that you can use pictures of your family and friends. The faces are split in 6 parts and shuffled. You'll find out you didn't know their features that well after all!

Actually I think Frotz [http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/frotz/id287653015?mt=8] is still my personal favorite (although it's technically an emulator not a game).
It's opened up a whole new genre of gameplay to me as I wasn't alive when the first text adventures were created.
Now, thanks to Frotz, I can explore the creepy ambience of Anchorage where the tension of the gameplay stems not from graphics from a game system, as those are all too quickly dated even a few years later, but from my imagination of the surroundings, fueled by the wonderfully creepy descriptions that the game provides.

A few good games missing here!
What about Monster Dash, Guitar Hero and Rabbit Run Pro ?
All worth of a mention as they make my top list
