THR is reporting that Legendary Pictures has picked up “Technotise,” the Serbian comic turned animated film that I've been obsessed with after seeing Jaron Pitts mashup trailer. Laeta Kalogridis, who wrote “Shutter Island” and worked on “Avatar”, will be penning the screenplay. Kalogridis is also writing “Ghost in the Shell” for Spielberg and DreamWorks in case you're wondering if she has the chops to pull off a project like this. I. Am. Stoked.
